- Report immediately the sighting or involvement in any criminal activity.
- Describe when, where, and how harm has occurred. Describe suspect’s appearance, belongings, physical characteristics, number of people, direction of flight, and your address and telephone number.

- Report precise location and type of fire, nad your telephone number.
- Nature of emergency should be described in full, for example whether elevator accident, building collapse, gas explosion, etc, including whether there are persons in need of urgent medical care. |

• Things to Remember
- Ask for an ambulance if there are people in need of urgent or serious medical attention. Ambulances are free. Refrain from using them if the injuries are light enough to be driven in your car or by taxi.
- While waiting for the ambulance to arrive, prepare needed items such as health insurance card and cash, and make yourself visible when you hear the ambulance approaching.
- Inform rescue workers of whether the injured individual has a personal doctor or is receiving hospital treatment. |
